Motor Driver Evaluation Kit NEVB-MTR1-t01-1.0.0
Firmware for NEVB-MTR1-KIT1 for trapezoidal control of BLDC motors using Hall-effect sensors
|
This project is focused on the implementation of motor control, specifically designed for Brushless DC (BLDC) motors using Hall Effect sensors on the Leonardo board or the ATMEGA32u4 micro controller, platforms widely recognized under the Arduino Leonardo nomenclature when operated through the Arduino IDE.
This documentation documents the data structures, functions, variables, defines, enums, and typedefs in the code designed for the motor driver evaluation kit NEVB-MTR1-KIT1 which provides a full motor drive solution for 3-phase BLDC motors. Support for brushless DC motors shall be implemented later. Specifically, the code is to work with NEVB-MTR1-C-1, accompanied with the 3-phase inverter module NEVB-MTR1-I56-1, which contains PCBs designed for the Nexperia LFPAK 5x6 MOSFET family.
To fully understand the system's capabilities and limitations, and for detailed instructions on setting up the kit, please refer to the accompanying user manual.
Please also refer to the User Manual and other materials, which can be found here.
